If upon receipt of your frame you discover that it has been damaged during shipping, contact Framed Indulgence within 48 hours.
All prescription frames and sunglasses have a manufacturer's warranty against defects, which is one year from the date of purchase.

Frames must be returned within 28 days and the frame must be in its original condition. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost and ensure the item is returned in a re-saleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition. It can take up to 3 business days to process your return after we receive your frame.
Prescription lenses are bespoke special orders. We guarantee that your prescription lenses are 100% accurate and prior to leaving Framed Indulgence all lenses pass a stringent quality control inspection.
We are sure you will be delighted with your prescription lenses. For your peace of mind we will even guarantee that if your prescription lenses are not as requested we will re-glaze your lenses at no additional cost to you and cover the return postage costs. As all prescription lenses are bespoke special orders, they are non refundable.
Please note that no lens is competely scratch proof and rough handling can still create surface scratches.
